Pannon Mortgages is a boutique finance consulting firm, independently owned and operated by Lenke Konya. Lenke holds a Masters Degree in Arts from her home country, Hungary, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University, Melbourne.

Lenke became engaged in finance broking in 1998 when she joined Mortgage Choice as one of the first franchisees in Victoria. This is how she remembers those days:

“I embraced the concept of providing an independent, professional advisory service at no cost to customers in need of finance wholeheartedly back in 1998, when I joined Mortgage Choice, as I was convinced that customers deserved to receive unbiased advice when making one of the greatest financial decisions in their life: taking out a mortgage. Also, finding the most suitable and economical finance option to match a person’s particular needs and circumstances seemed to be hard for the average customer because of the endless loan options offered by a rapidly growing number of lenders."

Today, although in a very different economic environment, Lenke believes that the existence of and the need for this service is more justified than ever before. For this reason, she invites you to take advantage of and benefit from her service offering.

In 2004 Lenke moved on to establish her own consulting firm, Pannon Mortgages.

Having come from a background of adult education, Lenke has exceptional skills in listening to her clients’ needs and expectations, and in explaining the features, advantages and disadvantages of the different loan products and structures to her clients.

The vast majority of clients come to Pannon Mortgages through word of mouth referral, which is a testament to the highest level of dedication and commitment to her valued clientele.
